All water bills are due by the 20th except bank draft and they are due by the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend they will be drafted the Friday before.
A 10% penalty is added after the 20th of each month.
If your account is past due more than 60 days you are subject to disconnect. All past due charges must be paid in full to prevent disconnect. If we lock your meter for non-payment a $25.00 reconnect fee will be charged as well.
